EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Our products are FINAL SALE! We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If your product received is broken please contact us with a photo of proof at info@crystallyfe.com IMMEDIATELY within 24 hours of the delivery date.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All products are inspected prior to shipping.

All orders are packed with extra attention and positive vibes

Shipping and processing takes 3 to 5 days to fulfill.

Orders placed may take 2-5 business days (Business days are Weekdays not weekends or Holidays) to process and verify information before the order is shipped out.

Shipping normally takes about 2-7 business days. The processing and shipping times may be delayed during SALES and Holiday times.
